Thai massage uses ancient stretching and massage techniques, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

The bodywork is primarily stretching, muscle compression, and joint mobilization. Thai is a workout, very much like the client is undergoing a yoga workout without doing any of the work.

The client can expect to be fully clothed for the massage; no oil or lotion is used. The client should wear loose-fitting or otherwise movable clothing. Pajama or workout pants are ideal. The massage is typically performed on a mat on the floor, but it can be adjusted to be performed on a table, as needed.
